Booty Beat: Flirty Girl Fitness

Booty Beat, is an outrageously entertaining cardio intensive dance-based class that works the entire body. Using the easy to learn Flirty Girl Foundation Moves, participants will quickly “own” the movement and experience the fabulous feeling that dancing gives you, while reaping the benefits of strength and cardiovascular exercise all in one class.

Crunch Time

Work your entire abdominal area. You’ll build muscles you never even knew you had, while developing core strength that will support you in a wide variety of activities.

Chisel

Start your morning with a charge! This intense, high level, enthusiastic cross training class is al ways different and will give you challenging intervals using dumb bells, exercise tubing, and body bars, this class will focus on the challenging areas and “chisel” your body. Dance Fusion

Learn the latest moves from the clubs and music videos. Our instructors break the moves down so they are easy to learn and easy to follow. All fitness levels welcome!

Kickboxing

Mix up your routine with the balance, coordination and strength building moves while burning 300-600* calories. These high-intensity classes are a great full body workout, incorporating a broad range of punches, kicks, and athletic drills. Excellent for all fitness levels!

Pilates

A workout designed to develop core strength and coordination. Members will enjoy improvement in posture and overall toning through traditional Pilates movement patterns, the use of breath and correct alignment.

PiYo™

The perfect blend of: sports training, core conditioning, dance, stretch, and athletic drills that will help kick up the calorie burn and build muscle! The dynamic blend of movement increases strength, core stability, and agility.

R.I.P.P.E.D.

R.I.P.P.E.D. – The One Stop Body Shock™ is a “Plateau Proof Fitness Formula” that helps you to create continuity, consistency and challenge in each and every R.I.P.P.E.D. class. It is Plateau Proof, because each component of the workout provides a uniquely different emphasis or system response, so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format. Thus, regular R.I.P.P.E.D. participants achieve undeniable, ultimate results in minimal time, boasting 750-1000 calories burned in just 50 minutes.

Sculpt

This strength class consists of endurance drills and functional resistance exercises. We use hand weights to guarantee you’ll burn calories while giving your muscles a excellent workout.

Step N Sculpt

An invigorating training class which incorporates intervals of step and muscle sculpting. An excellent toning and aerobic class in one!

Turbo Kick™

Using no equipment, this kickboxing workout incorporates a number of upper body punches and lower body kicks set to energetic music that will keep you burning calories for hours after the workout is done! Most suitable to participants of medium to high fitness levels, but newcomers are always welcome.

Yoga

Yoga will help participants gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture. Designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well being, our classes will borrow from each instructor’s experience with Yoga and may incorporate basic poses from various Yoga styles.

Zumba®

If you enjoy moving and shaking your hips to a Latin beat, you’ll love this dance workout. Salsa, Reggaeton and more. This is more of a party than a workout!

Zumba® Toning

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.
